Warranty
Please note that warranty assessment, service/repair/sharpening is VOID if you take your Mouse Hole scissors to another sharpener other than us at Callsharpening. We will happily review and repair/sharpen/service your scissors if you have done so, but it will incur a cost of $20.00, (subject to change without notice) plus return postage.
Please also be aware that Bob is able to tell if your warranty work has been sharpened by someone else. If this is found to be the case, the above charges will be due.
We realise this information does not apply to everyone, but due to the dishonesty of some customers, we need to make sure there is no confusion or misunderstanding when it comes to warranty issues. We welcome the opportunity to address any issues you may have, but we cannot in good conscience, honour warranty if the scissors have been serviced by another sharpener.
